I love my hard candy makeup, but there are times when I want to curl my lashes or do my eyeshadow in a more natural-looking way.
One of my favorite ways to curl and look natural is to use mascara, but that means it can be difficult to find an easy-to-use mascara brush that I can wear for long hours at a time without accidentally messing up my lashes.
That’s where hard candy lashes come in.
These natural lashes come at a much cheaper price than mascaras and I like that.
I found the hard candy formula at Sephora, which is owned by Wal-Mart, but it’s not the only brand in the hard candies category.
I also really like Lush, which makes natural, high-gloss, watery lashes for under $20.
(Sephora carries more than 80 brands of eyelash products, so you’ll have to try a few of them to find the right one.)
Here are a few other brands worth checking out.
For a mascara that’s both long-wearing and easy to use, try the LUSH Hard Candy Blush.
It’s the only mascara I use for my eyes, but I think it’s worth trying.
This is the mascara that I bought the most when I went to Sephor for my first ever Sephorecord event, and I’m so glad I did.
This mascara is waterproof, creamy, and lasts for months.
The other type of mascara I think is super worth trying is the Zoya Super Curly Curly Mascara, which has a soft-focus formula that makes it easy to apply.
It also has a very unique tip that makes the brush tip curl around the lash line, rather than just around the corner, which can make it a bit difficult to get it on the lid of the brush.
If you don’t have a Zoya product yet, check out this one, which I’m sure will be great for you.
I don’t know if I’m going to go back to Sephiroth mascara, since I don’t think it lasts as long, but these are the other ones I’ve been wearing.
These are definitely a great option if you have long lashes and want a natural look, and if you want something slightly more complicated, try these L’Oréal Lashes Lash Blending Lashes.
I actually use them to do my eyelashes in place, and they’re really soft and flexible.
They’re not waterproof, but they don’t curl in the same way as my mascaracas.
I’m not sure how long they’ll last, but at least I know they are long-lasting.
The beauty of these are that they’re water-resistant, too.
I find that I use them all day in the morning and night to curl eyelashes and have long-wear lashes without worrying about breaking the seal or damaging my skin.
They do have a slightly powdery feel, so I would suggest trying them if you’re sensitive to powdery-smelling products.
